► Orders
Please place all items you would like to purchase into the cart and proceed to check-out. On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded for the total cost of the item, including shipping charges of said item.

► Payment
All payment is made through Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay via this method, you can simply follow the instructions on screen and check-out as a guest. Payment is due at time of purchase and must be received & cleared before shipment is made.

► Shipping
All orders are posted out within 3 working days after payment has been received. You will need to select the country where you would like your items to be delivered to in order to make sure you are charged the correct postage.

UK SHIPPING



Orders are posted via First Class and usually take around 2-3 days to arrive after posting.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



Orders are posted via Standard International and usually take 1-3 weeks after posting to arrive but can occasionally take up to 4 weeks. Please be aware of your country's customs tax charges. Customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

► Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived after 4 weeks please contact sophiecatherineparker@gmail.com so that it can be followed up.

 You will be fully refunded for orders lost in the mail.

► Refunds
If you change your mind about an item and would like a refund or exchange, please contact sophiecatherineparker@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your order. Items must be sent back as new and unused in order to receive a refund. Postage costs will not be refunded. Postage must be re-paid for exchanges. 


If, in the very unlikely event your item arrives with a flaw, please contact sophiecatherineparker@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving it for a full refund.

Refunds will not be offered for packages unclaimed, undeliverable or where the customer has provided the wrong postage address.

► Gift Wrapping
All items, except greeting cards and wrapping paper, are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper ready to be given as gifts. Products are sent out in padded mailers or card-backed mailers for protection.
